Annual Report and Financial Statements 2017

Burford Capital PLC (the "Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or "the Company"), announces that the Burford Capital PLC Annual Report and Financial Statements 2017 have today been made available on the Company's website (www.burfordcapital.com/investors/bonds/). This annual report relates only to the Issuer.

Burford's 2017 results were issued on 14 March 2018. A copy of that announcement can also be found on the Burford website (http://www.burfordcapital.com/investors/).

Accession of Burford Capital Finance LLC

Today, the Issuer announces that Burford Capital Finance LLC has acceded as a Subsidiary Guarantor for the purposes of the Issuer's:

· £90,000,000 6.50 per. cent guaranteed bonds due 19 August 2022, issued on 19 August 2014;

· £100,000,000 6.125 per. cent guaranteed bonds due 2024, issued on 26 April 2016; and

· £175,000,000 5.0 per. cent guaranteed bonds due 2026, issued on 1 June 2017.

The accession is effective as of today's date.
