Board changes

Barratt Redrow plc announces that, after nine years' service, Senior Independent Director, Jock Lennox will be standing down from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 November 2025.

The Nomination Committee and the Board have appointed, effective from 5 November 2025, successors for the roles held by Jock as follows:

· Nicky Dulieu, who joined the Board in October 2024 and was previously Senior Independent Director at Redrow plc, will become the Senior Independent Director whilst continuing as Designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce Engagement: and

· Jasi Halai, who joined the Board in January 2023, will succeed Jock as the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

In addition to the above changes, the Nomination Committee and the Board have appointed:

· Geeta Nanda, who joined the Board in October 2024 and was previously a non-executive director at Redrow plc, as Chair of the newly formed Sustainability Committee with effect from 1 August 2025; and

· Nigel Webb, who joined the Board in October 2023, to succeed Chris Weston as Chair of the Safety, Health and Environmental Committee with effect from 1 August 2025. Chris Weston will continue as a member of this Committee.
