Result of AGM
The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday 15th June 2018.
Resolutions 1-10 were all passed as proposed, by a majority in excess of 99%
Resolution 11, required every three years under the Articles of Association, which would have required the directors to submit proposals for the discontinuation of the Company was rejected by a majority of 99% in accordance with the recommendation of the Board.
