· The sale by Robin Eggar, Managing Director, Co-Head of UK Investment Management of 601 Shares; and
· The transfer by Jon Gumpel, Co-Founder and Fund Manager, of 3,000 Shares from his personal account to his SIPP. Following the transfer Mr Gumpel's interest in the Company is unchanged,
