Director's shareholding
BPC, the oil and gas exploration company with licences in The Bahamas, today announces that it was notified by Alan Burns, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he has transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at nil cost, from Burns Family Investments Limited, a family company of Mr Burns registered in the Isle of Man, to his own name.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Burns remains beneficially interested in 44,820,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.21 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
This transaction has been effected to accommodate what was proposed in relation to the scheme of arrangement relating to the re-domiciliation announced on 26 April 2010.
