Timor-Leste Second Licencing Round
Baron Oil Plc (AIM:BOIL), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company, is pleased to note the closure of the Timor-Leste Second Licencing Round on 4 March 2022, which successfully resulted in a number of bids being submitted. The Company's fully owned subsidiary, SundaGas Banda Unipessoal Lda, conducted a detailed evaluation of the offshore blocks available in the Timor-Leste Second Licencing Round and concluded that it would be most appropriate to continue to focus its efforts on the existing operated Chuditch PSC.
