OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION - UPDATE
On 27 January 2016 Baronsmead VCT 3 plc (the "Company") launched an offer for subscription to raise up to £10 million (the "Offer"). The Offer was initially open exclusively to satisfy subscriptions from existing shareholders in the Company and Baronsmead VCT 4 plc (the "Existing Shareholders").
The directors of the Company have been advised that the Offer has been fully subscribed by Existing Shareholders. Existing Shareholders whose subscriptions were unsuccessful will have their subscription monies returned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Offer.
The first allotment of new ordinary shares in the Company under the Offer is expected to be on or around 11 March 2016. Dealings in the new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Offer will become effective on 16 March 2016.
