The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 8 August 2017 relating to The British Land Company PLC £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Base Prospectus"), which constitutes a prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended).
