Significant Shareholding
The Company has been informed that 7,026,305 common shares of US$0.59446 each in the Company ("Common Shares") have been transferred to Phipps & Co, LLC, a company of which Norman M. Phipps is the sole member, by his wife. Mr Phipps' total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 14,052,610 Common Shares, representing 5.02 per cent. of the total issued share capital and voting rights.
