Billing Services Group Limited05 December 2006 Billing Services Group Limited ("BSG" or "Company") AGM Statement Speaking at today's Annual General Meeting of the Company, BSG Chairman, PatHeneghan, will make the following comments about current trading: "The July market guidance given by your Company was reinforced in September whenwe announced our Interim Results and it is appropriate to give a further updateon developments as we approach the end of our financial year on 31 December2006. "As we said last month, we have significantly restructured the business andcreated both cost savings and increased business efficiencies. We have alsoimplemented a marketing and sales structure which has enhanced BSG's ability tooffer its existing and new products and services in untapped markets. "Since July, in North America, we have signed 25 LEC billing and supportcontracts representing 21 customers - and extended significant LEC billingcontracts by three or more years with United American Technology, Voice PowerTelecommunications and Network Enhanced Technologies. We have completed the fullintegration of VoiceLog and, since 1 July, we have signed 47 contractsrepresenting 39 customers. We have also made substantial progress in securingthe contractual ability to bill digital content under a unique bill page and newrate structure. "Additionally, we have further expanded our business into Eastern Europe with anew contract in Belarus, and signed a new contract with Wireless SolutionsInternational, Inc. (WSI) to provide financial clearing and settlement servicesto customers of WSI's OmniRoamer Sponsored Roaming solution. We have won newcontracts in Italy and Russia and we have achieved significant contractextensions with Orange in the UK and Spain and O2 in Germany. "Further afield, your Company has expanded its geographic footprint by securinga presence in the Middle East and recently renewed its contract with Cellcom inIsrael. BSG has also extended its customer base into Asia through a new clearingand settlement agreement with leading Thai mobile operator, True Move. "I am pleased to report that your Company continues to trade within managementexpectations for the full year."
