Director/PDMR Shareholding
AVEVA Group plc announces that on 1 September 2020 it was notified of the following share option exercises and sales of shares which took place:
James Kidd, Deputy CEO and CFO
On 28 August 2020 Mr Kidd exercised options over 410 shares following the 2017 award under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan and sold all resulting shares at a price of £51.16 per share.
Following this, Mr Kidd beneficially owns 47,056 ordinary shares and holds options over 110,736 ordinary shares (including accrued dividend equivalents).
Ravi Gopinath, Chief Operating Officer
On 28 August 2020 Mr Gopinath purchased 4,250 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 35/9 pence per share, at a price of £48.71 per share.
Following this, Mr Gopinath beneficially owns 4,250 ordinary shares and holds options over 45,513 ordinary shares (including accrued dividend equivalents).
