On 23 June 2017 Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of the AVEVA Group Employee Benefit Trust 2008 (the "EBT") purchased 15,444 ordinary shares of 35/9 pence each in AVEVA Group plc ("shares"). These shares were purchased in the market to enable the EBT to satisfy options to be granted under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme (the "Deferred Share Scheme") to the above-named PDMRs.
These options serve as the mechanism to deliver shares on a deferred basis to recipients as a deferred bonus in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2017.
