CareCapital Group plc17 January 2008 Embargoed: for release at 07.00, 17 January 2008 CareCapital Group Plc ("CareCapital") Investment and Development Programme in the UK Successful bid on two Medical Centres CareCapital, the AIM listed healthcare real estate company, announces that ithas been selected as the preferred developer for the provision of a £4.1 millionnew build medical centre in Heswall and a new medical centre in West Wirralexceeding £5 million. The 1,556 sq metre Heswall project will accommodate six GPs together with arange of support services. The current development programme anticipatesconstruction starting before the end of 2008 with the new facility becomingoperational in December 2009. The 2,241 sq metre West Wirral development will house a ten GP Practice andancillary medical facilities. The development programme is on a similar timelineto the Heswall project.
