Directorate change

Further to the announcement made on 1 September 2011, the Board of Care Capital, the AIM listed developer and investor in healthcare properties, is pleased to announce that Don Baladasan has been appointed as Finance Director of the Company.

Don Baladasan BSc (Econ) (aged 38) is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is the founder and director of Mataxis Ltd, which provides outsourced accounting services to SMEs and start ups. Previous roles include head of accounting development at Stemcor Holdings Limited, responsible for all accounting and treasury systems. . Mr. Baladasan held previous roles at BUPA Hospitals, Burson Marsteller and the Financial Times Group.
