Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO) announces that on 25 April 2013, Tim Lebus, Non-Executive Director, purchased two tranches of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the first tranche of 750,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.56 pence per Ordinary Share. The second tranche of 213,000 Ordinary Shares was purchased at a price of 1.545 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Tim Lebus now holds 963,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the issued share capital of Advanced Oncotherapy.
