Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO) announces that on 24 April 2013, Michael Sinclair, Chief Executive Officer, purchased two tranches of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the first tranche of 8,075,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.59 pence per Ordinary Share. The second tranche of 1,410,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.421 pence per Ordinary Share. Michael Sinclair also purchased 30,000,000 warrants in the Company for a consideration of Β£45,000.

Following this purchase, Michael Sinclair now holds 61,105,121Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of Advanced Oncotherapy.
