£500m 5.9021 per cent. Fixed/Floating Rate Direct Capital Instruments (the "DCIs")

(ISIN: XS0206511486, Common Code: 020651148) Cancellation of Listing

Aviva plc (the "Issuer") announces that it has, on 27 July 2020, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the DCIs, redeemed the DCIs in full and that the listing of the DCIs on the Bourse de Luxembourg has been cancelled with effect from (and including) 28 July 2020.

The Issuer had previously announced on 23 June 2020 that it would be redeeming the DCIs in full on the optional first call date.
