Total Voting Rights
In fulfilment of its obligations under DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that on 30 June 2022, the share capital of the Company consisted of 120,525,204 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 120,525,204. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
