The Company was notified on 6 March 2018 that Mr Simon Lee Robinson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 2,631,577 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.38p on 6 March 2018. Mr Robinson now holds 13,892,009 ordinary shares in the Company with a holding of 3.15% of issued share capital.
The total issued share capital of the Company comprises 441,322,758 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds nil shares in treasury, accordingly total voting rights are 441,322,758.
