ASOS Plc ('the Company') announces that Adam Crozier, Chairman, purchased 4,200 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Share(s)') on 18 July 2019 at an average price of £23.839 per Share.
Following this transaction, Adam Crozier holds 7,950 Shares in the Company.
