Annual General Meeting and Dividend
On 8 March 2011, Arena proposed a final dividend of 0.38p per share, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). This dividend will be payable on 12 May 2011 to all shareholders on the register at 8 April 2011.
The AGM will be held on 6 May 2011; notice of which will be published with the Annual Report and Accounts and on the Company's website: www.arenaleisureplc.com
