Board Appointment

Arena Events Group plc (AIM: ARE), the global temporary event solutions provider, announces that it has appointed Henry Turcan to the Company's Board in the role of non-executive director.

Henry is a fund manager at Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited with a focus on active engagement. He has been advising and investing in UK smaller companies for over 20 years and has extensive experience of assisting public companies to create value for all stakeholders.

Ken Hanna, Chairman of Arena Events Group commented: "I am delighted to welcome Henry to Arena, bringing additional capital markets insight to the Company and strengthening our Board as we navigate these challenging times."

Pursuant to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Henry Arthur John Turcan (aged 46) has held the following directorships or partnerships in the past five years:

Mr Turcan does not personally hold any shares in the Company however is a representative of the funds managed or sub-advised by Lombard Odier Investments Manager group entities, collectively one of the Company's largest shareholders.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
