Annual General Meeting Voting Results

At Arena's Annual General Meeting this afternoon ('the AGM'), all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the AGM are available on Arena's website: www.arenaleisureplc.com.

In accordance with Arena's obligations under Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.2, a copy of the resolutions passed as special business at the AGM will be forwarded to the FSA.

The document will soon be available for viewing at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
