Arena Leisure PLC18 January 2006 Arena Leisure plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of2,165,178 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, fully paid, in the Company on the OfficialList; and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted totrading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and havebeen issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Arena Leisure 1997Discretionary Share Option Scheme.
