The 9,585,380 New Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company to be issuedpursuant to the Placing and Open Offer at a price of 115 pence per share areexpected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London StockExchange's main market for listed securities tomorrow, 13 October 2006.Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, there will be in issue65,268,939 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
