Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the scalable business-to-business ('B2B') Software as a Service ('SaaS') platform that allows users to distribute and manage their apps on multiple app stores around the world, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 have today been posted, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"), to shareholders.
The AGM is to be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD at 10.00 a.m. on 29 June 2018.
