Update re litigation

AorTech announces that it has received an order from the Federal District Court in Los Angeles, California temporarily restraining AorTech from terminating its agreement(s) with Pacesetter, Inc ("Pacesetter"). This restraint is expected to remain in effect only until the results of a hearing on Pacesetter's request for a preliminary injunction for the duration of the litigation. A hearing on that request is presently scheduled for November 15, 2012. The court also ordered both sides to continue to perform their contractual obligations while the parties await hearing on the preliminary injunction.
