Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the pan-European animal health business, confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at the offices of Panmure Gordon & Co, 1 New Change, London EC4M 9AF at 11.30am today were passed by a show of hands.
