Further to this morning's announcement concerning the granting of share options to management, Amerisur Resources plc, the oil and gas explorer and developer focused in South America, announces that Giles Clarke, Chairman, has decided not to take up the options granted to him by the remuneration committee, and would instead prefer these to be held in reserve for future group management.
