Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, announces the following dealings made by a director in its ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares").
On 3 September 2025, Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 115,473 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 21.59 pence per share. Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Martin Varley's beneficial holding is 9,555,816 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
