Board Appointment Update

Pursuant to the notification released on 2 August 2010 in respect of the Board Appointment of Mrs Vivienne Blumfield as an Executive Director of the Company with effect 1 September 2010 and in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Mrs Blumfield was a director of Papercroft Limited, which company was dissolved in February 2006.
