Block Admission Application

Altitude (AIM: ALT), the promotional merchandise and marketing solutions group, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of a total of 398,513 ordinary shares of 0.4p pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM. The block listing application covers already awarded options and the shares may be issued pursuant to the share option schemes detailed below:

All shares expected to be admitted pursuant to the above applications shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 1 December 2011.
