(NASDAQ: AKER) (AIM: AKR.L), ("Akers Bio" or the "Company"), a developer of rapid health information technologies, announces that, further to the announcement dated September 13, 2018 concerning the appointment of Joshua Silverman as a director of the Company, the Company's Nominated Adviser has completed its necessary due diligence.
Accordingly, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
