Issue of Equity and PDMR Shareholding / dealing
Air Partner plc, the global aviation services group, announces that the Company has now issued a total of 73,378 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mark Briffa in respect of his performance bonus for the financial year ending 31 January 2018 pursuant to the 2018 Remuneration report in the Annual Report and Accounts. These shares are to be held until 26 June 2020.
Full details of this issuance will be disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the Year Ending 31 January 2019.
As part of this transaction, the Company has also been notified that Mark Briffa has sold 34,480 Ordinary Shares, to cover the costs of the associated tax liability.
Following this announcement, Mark Briffa (together with his connected parties, notably his spouse Michelle Briffa) holds 567,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Following this announcement, the issued share capital of Air Partner plc comprises 52,290,943 Ordinary Shares, all of which have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Air Partner plc is 52,290,943, which should be used by shareholders and other parties subject to disclosure obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Air Partner plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
