WisdomTree Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities - Result of Meetings

Further to the announcements made by WisdomTree Commodity Securities Limited (formerly ETFS Commodity Securities Limited) (the "Issuer") on 7 August 2019 and 23 August 2019, in relation to meetings of the holders of the Affected Group of Securities, notice is hereby given that at adjourned meetings held on 02 October 2019 the Extraordinary Resolution set out in each Notice of Meeting for the following Affected Groups of Securities was passed by the requisite majority:

1. Coffee Micro Securities, the WisdomTree Coffee Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Index Securities, the WisdomTree Softs Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodity Ex-Energy Index Securities;

2. Kansas Wheat Micro Securities, the WisdomTree Kansas Wheat Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Index Securities, the WisdomTree Grains Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Ex-Energy Index Securities;

3. Wheat Micro Securities, the WisdomTree Wheat Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Index Securities, the WisdomTree Grains Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Ex-Energy Index Securities; and

4. Sugar Micro Securities, the WisdomTree Sugar Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Index Securities, the WisdomTree Softs Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Ex-Energy Index Securities

Notice is also hereby given that at the adjourned meetings held on 02 October 2019 the Extraordinary Resolutions set out in each Notice of Meeting for the following Affected Groups of Securities were not passed due to the lack of quorum:

1. Coffee Micro Longer Dated Securities, the WisdomTree Coffee Longer Dated Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Longer Dated Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Longer Dated Index Securities, the WisdomTree Softs Longer Dated Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Ex-Energy Longer Dated Index Securities

2. Kansas Wheat Micro Longer Dated Securities, the WisdomTree Kansas Wheat Longer Dated Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Longer Dated Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Longer Dated Index Securities, the WisdomTree Grains Longer Dated Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Ex-Energy Longer Dated Index Securities

3. Wheat Micro Longer Dated Securities, the WisdomTree Wheat Longer Dated Individual Securities, the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Longer Dated Index Securities, the WisdomTree Agriculture Longer Dated Index Securities, the WisdomTree Grains Longer Dated Index Securities and the WisdomTree Broad Commodities Ex-Energy Index Securities
