Collateral Composition

ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") gives notice of the following:

Collateral Composition

By amendment agreements dated 3 August 2016 and 4 August 2016, the Issuer has agreed with each Counterparty to increase the range of money market funds in which Collateral consisting of cash may be invested. Currently cash is only eligible collateral if invested in AAA rated government or treasury money market funds. With effect from 4 August 2016 other AAA rated money market funds will also be acceptable in respect of up to 75% of the collateral subject to a limit of 25% in any one such fund and subject to the collateral invested in any one such fund not representing more than 20% of that fund.

Terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined bear the same means as where used in the relevant Prospectus, being in the case of the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities, the prospectus of the Issuer dated 21 April 2016 and in the case of the Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities, the prospectus of the Issuer dated 19 October 2015.
