Result of AGM and Director Appointment
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, including the appointment of Mr. Yariv Avisar as a non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Avisar replaces Mr. Eli Opper, whose resignation became effective at the conclusion of today's AGM.
