CHAIRMAN ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO STAND DOWN

 

The Chairman of Aminex, Mr Brian Hall, has informed the Company that he intends to stand down from the Board of Aminex during 2018. The Company intends to appoint a new Chairman shortly and, accordingly, the effective date of Mr Hall's departure will be announced in due course.
