Update on CVA
Further to the announcement made on 5 February 2013, the Company announces that at the creditors meeting held on 27 February 2013, proposals were approved to accept the full and final CVA settlement offer of £75,000 and to extend the termination date of the CVA to 6 May 2013.
Dealings in the Company's ordinary shares remain suspended.
