As at 31 August 2019, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 367,854,603 Ordinary GBP£0.005 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 367,854,603.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, 888 Holdings plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
