This announcement replaces RNS number 4756I issued by 888 Holdings plc at 7.01am on 31 August 2016 which incorrectly stated the record, ex-dividend, dividend reinvestment plan and USD/GBP conversion dates for the dividend to be paid on 6 October 2016. The announcement should have stated the record date as 9 September 2016, the ex-dividend date as 8 September 2016, the last day to elect for the dividend reinvestment plan as 9 September 2016, and the conversion date between the declared USD rate and GBP as 27 September 2016. The remainder of the Announcement remains unchanged.

Dividend Declaration (Correction)

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, announces, together with its interim results, that its board of directors have approved the payment of an interim dividend of 3.8 cents per share to holders of 888's ordinary shares.

The board of directors have approved a record date of 9 September 2016 and a payment date of 6 October 2016. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 8 September 2016. Holders of shares may elect to reinvest their interim dividend*. The last day to elect for the dividend reinvestment plan will be 9 September 2016.

Holders of shares in certificated form and holders of depositary interests will receive the dividend in pounds sterling. Conversion between the declared USD rate and GBP will take place on 27 September 2016.
