Dividend declaration

888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading online betting and gaming companies, announces that its board of directors has recommended the payment of a final dividend comprising 10.4 cents per share, plus an additional one-off 1.6 cents per share.

Together with the interim dividend paid in November 2020, this totals 18.0 cents per share for the year.

Subject to shareholder approval of the final dividend at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 20 May 2021, the board of directors has approved a record date of 26 March 2021 and a payment date of 24 May 2021. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 25 March 2021.

Holders of shares may elect to reinvest their final dividend*. The latest election date is 13 April 2021.

Holders of shares in certificated form and those holders of depositary interests will receive the dividend in pounds sterling. Conversion between the declared USD rate and GBP will take place on 14 May 2021.
