Committee Changes
888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, is pleased to announce as follows:
· Following the Group's announcement on 3 March 2021 that Jon Mendelsohn would take up the role of Chair on 31 March 2021, Jon Mendelsohn has stepped down from the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
· Limor Ganot has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 April 2021.
As such, with effect from 1 April 2021:
