Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for the block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.005 each ("Ordinary Shares"), fully paid to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
These Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to both the exercise of share options and certain share awards under the 888 All-Employee Plan and 888 Long Term Incentive Plan 2015. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on March 21, 2018.
