Belfast Gas Transmission Financing plc wishes to announce changes to the Board of its ultimate parent company Northern Ireland Energy Holdings Ltd.
Northern Ireland Energy Holdings appoints new Non-Executive Director
Northern Ireland Energy Holdings (NIEH), operators of the Moyle Electricity interconnector the Scotland-Northern Ireland gas transmission pipeline (SNIP), and the Belfast Gas Transmission pipeline has appointed Regina Finn as a Non-executive Director.
Regina Finn is the former Commissioner at the Commission for Energy Regulation in Dublin and current Chief Executive of Ofwat, the economic regulator for the water and sewerage industry in England and Wales. Ms Finn has over fourteen years experience in economic regulation of monopoly and emerging competitive markets and has particular expertise within the utilities sector.
She has been appointed as Director to the Boards of Premier Transmission Financing plc, Moyle Interconnector (Financing) plc and Belfast Gas Transmission Financing plc.
