Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
The Supplementary Prospectus dated 23 November 2017 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplements, updates and forms part of the Prospectus dated 21 June 2017 (the "Prospectus") relating to a €6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Severn Trent Plc and Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc as issuers and Severn Trent Water Limited as guarantor of notes issued under the programme by Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc.
The purpose of this Supplementary Prospectus is to (a) incorporate by reference into the Prospectus interim financial information for Severn Trent Plc for the six months ended 30 September 2017, and (b) update the no significant change statement in the Prospectus.
