Re-registration of Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc as a private limited company
KWE announces that with effect from 23 November 2017, it has re-registered as a private limited company incorporated in Jersey under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and it is, from such date, known as Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Limited.
As the issuer of (a) the outstanding GBP500,000,000 3.95 per cent. Bonds due 2022 (ISIN: XS1117292554) issued in two tranches on 30 June 2015 and 19 September 2016, respectively; and (b) the outstanding EUR550,000,000 3.250 per cent. Notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS1321149434) issued in two tranches on 12 November 2015 and 19 April 2016, respectively, under the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the issuer, Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Limited confirms that it will continue to comply with its continuing obligations under the Listing Rules and the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
