Final Terms dated 22 January 2019 in relation to the £50,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2030 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £200,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2030 issued on 17 June 2011 and the existing £50,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2030 issued on 6 September 2018) (ISIN XS0638843085) (the "Notes") issued by South Eastern Power Networks plc (the "Issuer") under the £10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of the Issuer, Eastern Power Networks plc and London Power Networks plc.
