Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, London Branch (the "Issuer") announces today that it has published a drawdown offering circular dated 29 July 2019 (the "Drawdown Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of £600,000,000 1.500 per cent. Notes due 2022 (the "Notes") under its U.S.$10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme.
The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 31 July 2019.
