Delisting from the Official List of the UKLA and transfer from the Main Market to the Professional Securities Market
Peel Land and Property Investments PLC (the "Company") announces today that it will, in accordance with Listing Rule 5.3.1R, request that the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") cancel the listing of the entirety of the £250,000,000 8.375% First Mortgage Debenture Stock due 2040 (ISIN: GB0006783558) (the "Debenture Stock") which is currently listed on the standard debt listing segment of the Official List of the UKLA ("Official List") and admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's ("LSE") main market for listed securities ("Main Market") with effect from the opening of the market on 1 December 2017.
The Company further announces today that it will transfer the Debenture Stock from trading on the Main Market to trading on the LSE's Professional Securities Market ("PSM") with effect from the opening of the market on 1 December 2017.
In accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.8R the last day of dealings in the Company's Debenture Stock on the Main Market will be 30 November 2017.
